This part takes a lot of sweat... And obviously, sanding... My buddy Thomas lent me a rotary sander, so a lot of the sanding was abbreviated. I can take off about 1mm / pass with the rotary and then just clean it up with the sanding block...
Needless to say, my garage is completely covered with sawdust...
