Creating the rails...

Way back, I created some bead / cove strips out of 3/8" x 1/4" x 8' strips. These are used in creating the rails along the frame. The process is to put a chine log in the notch of the frames and then put b/c strips up the sides of the rail until I can get a flat spot to glue the top down. So, the past couple days, I was able to put the chine log down and then 5 strips up the side of the rails. It will likely take 10-15 strips to level out the thickest part of the board.
